Tennessee is a blonding and hair color specialist with 12 years in the beauty industry, a Redken Elite Stylist, and a certified Drybar Blow Dry Specialist with advanced training in Chicago and New York. She has earned multiple industry awards and worked as a featured artist for Color Wow, Drybar, Redken, Pulp Riot, Behindthechair, UNITE Hair, and Schwarzkopf, alongside editorial work on magazine productions and celebrity photoshoots.
But teaching is where her heart is. She's mentored cosmetology students to award-winning competition placements, and she brings that same philosophy to every class: it's not enough to show a technique, students need to understand the why — how to formulate, troubleshoot, and adapt with real confidence behind the chair. Provided: Lunch, drinks, PaperNotFoil, live models for demonstration
Required: 25-35 of your favorite foils, your favorite highlight brush, mannequin & stand for additional practice (or participate with our live models), paddle board (optional)
Product: We will be using Arete and Oway product lines. This class will focus more on technique, placement, formulation, and pivoting when quick adjustments need to be made. This class will not cover balayage. Live models will not be available for each student, however, live models will be available for demonstration and shared practice.
This couse will be highly-individualized and tailored to each participant’s needs. As a result, the participant list is limited to ten stylists.
