UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS
At Amulet, Stewards’ commissions well-exceed not only the Knoxville standard, but also the national standard. We believe that uncapped commissions honor & reward all of the care that a Steward pours into their clients, even behind the scenes. We use one metric: Revenue. The allows a stylist to work a schedule that balances personal with professional while ensuring that a Steward would not make more at another salon nor through suite rental.
For those who prefer to work more independently, we offer daily, weekly, and monthly rental options. Our daily rates start at $35 and include community without the contract. Learn more here.
Our welcoming stewards (front desk) will be compensated at a starting rate of $10.00 per hour (DOE) with the possibility of an additional $0.25 per hour upon each successful quarterly review (>23 points). Stewards working reception are also eligible for cash tips, leveled benefits and a variety of incentives, contests, and bonuses.
